Accessibility Guide

T-Mobile Arena would like to welcome members of our disabled community to our new facility, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex.

It is our hope that this information, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our building a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Accessible/Disabled Tickets

Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible seating and parking are available through www.t-mobilearena.com. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Assistive Listening System

T-Mobile Arena has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at our main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse by Section 13. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. It is suggested that you reserve your device no later than 72 prior to an event by sending an email to guestservices@tmobilearena.com .

ATMs

Accessible ATMs are located on the exterior of the venue next to our T-Mobile Arena Box Office, inside the facility on the Main Concourse level at Section 13, as well as Section 7 near our Guest Services Center.

Braille Signage

All signs at T-Mobile Arena have Braille lettering to better assist our visually impaired guests.

Concession Stands

Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.

Elevators

Elevators for guests with disabilities are available on both the east and west sides of T-Mobile Arena. Elevators will stop on each level of the venue.

Emergencies

T-Mobile Arena’s personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness. Please follow the direction of Security or Guest Services personnel in the event of an emergency.

Escalators

Escalators are located on the east and west sides of The Arena, connecting the Event Level to all public areas of The Arena.

Guest Services

T-Mobile Arena has three Guest Service Centers. The Main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 13. That level also has second Guest Service Center by Section 9. Our third Guest Service Center is located on the Upper Concourse by Section 215.

These centers are designed to assist our guests in regards to checking in items and providing information, answering questions, concerns, or issues during T-Mobile Arena events. In addition, Guest Service Centers provide assistance to guests with disabilities, including Assisted Listening Devices and wheelchair escorts to and from the seating area. Guest can send an email to guestservices@tmobilearena.com to pre-arrange wheelchair escorts or Assisted Listening Devices. We respectfully ask for a 72 hour advance notification.

Guest Services Escorts

Guests with disabilities can arrange escorts by contacting Guest Services by emailing guestservices@tmobilearena.com at least 72 hours prior to an event. Escorts are able to push wheelchairs from entry points to a guest’s seat, and provide a return escort back to the exit at the conclusion of the event. Escorts are unable to physically assist guests in a transfer from wheelchair to seat, and are unable to leave T-Mobile Arena property. 

Interpreting Services

Patrons requesting interpreting services for events should contact our Guest Services Department no later than 72 hours prior to an event. You can contact Guests Services at guestservices@tmobilearena.com.

Parking/Drop-Off

All T-Mobile Arena’s affiliated lots will provide Accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Accessible parking spaces can be purchased in advance online. Drop-off and pick-up locations for guests with disabilities are located on Park Avenue in front of Toshiba Plaza.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level inside T-Mobile Arena.

Service Animals

Animals are not permitted for entry into T-Mobile Arena. Accommodations will be made for patrons requiring the assistance of a trained, harnessed, and housebroken service animal. Please contact our Guest Services Department if any accommodations are required by emailing us at guestservices@tmobilearena.com.

Smoking/Nonsmoking Environment

Smoking is not permitted in the venue at any time. The immediate area around T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking campus. Additionally, the use of electronic smoking devices is not permitted inside the building.

Ticket Information

For tickets to all upcoming events at T-Mobile Arena, please visit www.t-mobilearena.com/events/all or call 888.929.7849 to purchase tickets. If you have obtained tickets in non-accessible seating and require the accessible features of these seating sections, please contact us to make arrangements for accessible seating in advance of the event. If you have obtained seating in an accessible section and do not require the features of this type of seating, please contact The Arena Box Office to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

T-Mobile arena provides wheelchair accessible and companion seating with clear sightlines on each level of the building. Venue personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain accessible seating tickets. Arena employees are unable to physically assist guests in a transfer from wheelchair to seat, or lift a guest transferring from a seat back to a wheelchair.
