Accessibility Guide

T-Mobile Arena would like to welcome members of our disabled community to our new facility, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex.

It is our hope that this information, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our building a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Accessible/Disabled Tickets

Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible seating and parking are available through www.t-mobilearena.com. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Assistive Listening System

T-Mobile Arena has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at our main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse by section 13. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. It is suggested that you reserve your device no later than 72 prior to an event by sending an email to [email protected].


Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located outside next to T-Mobile Arena Box Office and inside the fability on the Main Concourse Level at section 13 as well as near the Main Guest Service Center at section 7 by the Jack Daniel's Lounge.

Braille Signage

All signs at T-Mobile Arena have Braille lettering to better assist our visually impaired guest.

Concession Stands

Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.


Elevators for guests with disabilities are available in T-Mobile Arena on both the east and west sides of The Arena. Elevators will stop on each seating level of the building.


T-Mobile Arena’s personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness. Please follow the direction of security or Guest Service personnel in the event of an emergency.


Escalators are located on the east and west sides of The Arena, connecting the Event Level to all public areas of The Arena.

Guest Services

T-Mobile Arena has three Guest Service Centers. The Main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse behind section 13. That level also has second Guest Service Center by section 9. Our third Guest Service Center is located on the Upper Concourse by section 215.

These centers are designed to assist our guests in regards to checking in items and providing information, answering questions, concerns, or issues during T-Mobile Arena events. In addition, Guest Service Centers provide assistance to guests with disabilities, including Assisted Listening Devices and wheelchair escorts to and from the seating area. Guest can send an email to [email protected] to pre-arrange wheelchair escorts or Assisted Listening Devices. We respectfully ask for a 72 hour advance notification.

All T-Mobile Arena’s affiliated lots will provide Accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA parking can be purchased in advance online. ADA guest drop off and pick up is located on Park Avenue in front of Toshiba Plaza.


All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level inside T-Mobile Arena.


T-Mobile Arena is a SMOKE-FREE environment.

ADA Seating is provided in each seating section of the building.  For questions regarding ADA seating, please call 888.929.7849.

Ticket Information

For tickets to all upcoming events at T-Mobile Arena, please visit www.t-mobilearena.com/events/all or call 888.929.7849 to purchase tickets. If you have obtained tickets in non-accessible seating and require the accessible features of these seating sections, please contact us to make arrangements for accessible seating in advance of the event. If you have obtained seating in an accessible section and do not require the features of this type of seating, please contact The Arena Box Office to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

T-Mobile Arena provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all seating levels. Be advised that Arena personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats. Employees of T-Mobile Arena will not lift a guest using a wheelchair to transfer them onto a fixed or folding seat nor are we able to assist guests back into their wheelchair.
