T-Mobile Arena is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and to providing full and equal access to members of our disability community to our new facility, state-of-the-art sports, and entertainment complex. If you need to purchase accessible tickets and/or modify your existing purchase, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@tmobilearena.com or call 702-692-1616 or AXS at 888.929.7849.

It is our hope that this information, which explains our services, programs, and policies, will make your visit to our building a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Comments, Questions, Suggestions

We will always strive to meet the needs of our patrons with disabilities when visiting T-Mobile Arena. In our quest to continually improve accessibility, we ask that you contact us with your comments, questions and/or suggestions by emailing guestservices@tmobilearena.com.

Accessible/Disabled Tickets

Accessible/disabled seating is available in multiple locations in the arena, on all levels and at comparable prices and viewing angles. Accessible seating is available for purchase by visiting www.axs.com, by calling 888.929.7849, or at www.tmobilearena.com. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. If you are holding non-accessible seating and require accessible seating sections, please contact us to make arrangements for accessible seating as far in advance of the event as possible. If you are holding seating in an accessible section and do not require the features of this type of seating, please contact the arena Box Office to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability.

Assistive Listening System

T-Mobile Arena has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at our main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse by Section 13. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

ATM's

Accessible ATM's are located at five locations at T-Mobile Arena. Three inside the building (two are located on the Main Concourse by Section 13 near the Main Guest Service Center and in Section 7 near Ghost Lounge). There is one located on the Upper Concourse, near Section 216 and ABOSLUT Vegas Lounge. Two additional ATMs are located on the exterior of the venue next to our Box Office. 

Auxiliary Aids and Services

Guests of T-Mobile Arena seeking auxiliary aids or services during their visit to the arena should contact Guest Services at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or call 702-692-1515 as far in advance of their visit to the arena as possible.

Braille Signage

Braille signage is available for all required signage at T-Mobile Arena.

Captioning Services

T-Mobile Arena offers a captioning service for all sporting events that is available to guests through their smartphone device. For Concerts, captioning services must be requested through the Guest Services Department at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515. We encourage guests to make their requests at the earliest possible time before the event to facilitate the arena’s ability to satisfy the request.

Concession Stands

Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.

Elevators

Elevators for guests with disabilities are available on the event level on both the east and west sides of T-Mobile Arena. Elevators stop on each level of the venue. If you need directional assistance, please contact the nearest staff member. 

Emergencies

T-Mobile Arena’s personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness. Guests with disabilities needing special assistance in the event of an emergency should contact Guest Services in advance of or at the event. In the event of an emergency, all guests should follow the direction of uniformed Security or Guest Services personnel.

Escalators

Escalators are located on the east and west sides of the arena, connecting the event level to the public areas of the Main and Upper Concourses. Wheelchairs, scooters, strollers or other wheeled devices are not permitted on the escalators. Guests using such devices should instead use the elevators for moving between levels.

Guest Services

T-Mobile arena has two Guest Services Centers. The main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse, near Section 13. The second Guest Services Center is located on the Upper Concourse, near Section 216.

These Guest Services Centers are intended to assist our guests in regards to event information, questions, concerns, or issues during T-Mobile Arena events. In addition, the Guest Services Centers serve to assist guests with disabilities with any inquiries or accessibility information for each event. We encourage guests with disabilities needing accommodations or special assistance to contact Guest Services at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515 as far in advance of the event as possible to facilitate our ability to provide the required accommodations or assistance.

Guest Services Escorts

Wheelchair rentals are not available at T-Mobile Arena. Guests using wheelchairs or a mobility device for the event should purchase accessible seating in advance through www.axs.com, by calling 888.929.7849 or through www.tmobilearena.com. Wheelchair Escorts may be available upon entry into the arena based on availability during each event. Escorts are unable to physically assist guests to transfer between their wheelchairs and seats, store wheelchairs or other mobility devices, or operate a guest’s personal mobility device.

Interpreting Services

Patrons requesting interpreting services for T-Mobile Arena events should contact our Guest Services Department as soon as possible prior to an event to ensure that the arena will be in a position to provide interpreting services. Parking/Drop-Off

All T-Mobile Arena’s affiliated lots will provide Accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA drop-off and pick-up is located at the East Suite Entrance of the arena. Guests must enter from Tropicana Avenue through the New York-New York parking garage. 

Reasonable Modifications

Guests of T-Mobile Arena seeking reasonable modifications of arena policies, practices or procedures should contact Guest Services at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or call 702-692-1515 as far in advance of their visit to the arena as possible.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Accessible family restrooms are also located on every level inside T-Mobile Arena.

Sensory Kits

T-Mobile Arena, in partnership with KultureCity, seeks to include all persons living with sensory issues such as Autism, PTSD, Parkinson’s, OCD, ADHD, etc. As such, T-Mobile Arena is committed to meeting those specific needs to the best of their ability by offering Sensory Kits for guests who may need them. Each Sensory Kit contains: noise-cancelling headphones, fidget tools, identification tags that allow employees to recognize that the individual has a sensory issue and feeling thermometer cards. T-Mobile Arena Sensory Kits are available for check-out at Guest Services, Section 13 and 214. 

Sensory Pods

T-Mobile Arena has partnered with nonprofit organization KultureCity to introduce two sensory pods. Designed by medical professionals, the rooms provide a dedicated space for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment. The sensory pods are outfitted with Yogibo bean bags, visual light panels by Nanoleaf, activity panels and bubble walls.

The sensory pods are located on the main concourse near section 13 and upper concourse near section 216. Sensory Pods will be open for all events taking place at T-Mobile Arena.

Service Animals

While animals and pets are not allowed to enter T-Mobile Arena, service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome in all areas of the arena to which the public is invited. Service animals must be maintained on a leash at all times unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers. Guests with disabilities are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and for any damage caused by the service animals. Please contact our Guest Services Department if you have any questions at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515.

Ticket Information

For tickets to all upcoming events at T-Mobile Arena, please visit www.t-mobilearena.com/events/all or call 888.929.7849 to purchase tickets. If you have obtained tickets in non-accessible seating and require the accessible features of these seating sections, please contact us to make arrangements for accessible seating as far in advance of the event as possible. If you have obtained seating in an accessible section and do not require the features of this type of seating, please contact the arena Box Office to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability.

UMC Lactation Suites

For parents who prefer private feeding locations for their babies they may use the UMC Lactation Suites at T-Mobile Arena. Each Suite is powered with interior dual plug outlets, interior lighting, a USB port, seating and some additional supplies. Lactation Suites are located near sections 13 (ADA Suite) on the main concourse and 216 on the upper concourse. For access to the UMC Lactation Suites or questions, please visit the Guest Services desks. 

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

Accessible/disabled seating is available in multiple locations in the arena, on all levels and at comparable prices and viewing angles. Venue personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating. Arena employees are unable to physically assist or lift guests to transfer between their wheelchairs and arena seating.
