A to Z Guide

T-Mobile Arena is dedicated to providing an exciting, memorable and premium guest experience while ensuring the safety and security of all patrons. The A to Z Guide provides general information and policies that apply to our guests while attending events at T-Mobile Arena. Guests who violate any of the policies will be subject to security questioning which may lead to ejection from the arena.

General Information A-Z Guide

ADA Accessibility

Each level of T-Mobile Arena has a limited number of ADA seating.  This seating can be purchased online at www.t-mobilearena.com or by phone at 888-929-7849 or by visiting The Arena’s Box Office.

Guests requesting wheelchair assistance or Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) inside T-Mobile Arena can email guest services at [email protected] at least 72 hours before an event to make arrangements.

T-Mobile Arena is located at 3780 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada 89158.

Airport

McCarran International Airport is located less than two miles from T-Mobile Arena. The address is 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89119.  For directions and details, please click here.

Aisles

For safety, and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher in your section to your assigned ticketed seat and refrain from standing in the aisles. Dancing, lingering, etc. in the aisles will not be allowed for the safety of all guests.

Alcohol

T-Mobile Arena and Levy Restaurants have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents. In addition to our responsible alcohol service guidelines below, T-Mobile Arena and Levy Restaurants offer a designated driver program at most events. Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. In addition, the following items are to be noted:

  • T-Mobile Arena does not allow outside food and beverage into The Arena
  • T-Mobile Arena reserves the right to deny entry to guests who appear to be impaired
  • Alcoholic beverages will not be served in containers larger than 25 ounces.
  • There shall be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per transaction, with current, valid ID.  At times, this may be adjusted per management
  • All guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) will be asked to show current valid identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: Driver's License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo and Mexican Consular Card
  • T-Mobile Arena and Levy Restaurants have implemented an on-going responsible alcohol management T.E.A.M (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) training sessions for serving staff
  • T-Mobile Arena reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty one (21) who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises. These individuals may also be subject to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department persecution
  • Guests on the suite levels are prohibited from removing bottles, cans and/or glasses from the suite level

Anheuser-Busch

As founding partner with T-Mobile Arena, guest with tickets in designated seating locations will have access to the Bud Light Lounge/Desert By Night located on the west side of the Main Concourse, the Goose Island Lounge located behind the Loge seats and the Stella Artois Loft in the Tower Club.

Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in T-Mobile Arena with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities.  Service animals are welcome inside The Arena, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.  Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.  A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

ATM Locations

T-Mobile Arena provides two Bank of America Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s) inside the buildling, both are located on the Main Concourse by section 13 near the Main Guest Service Center and in section 7 near the Jack Daniels Lounge.  An additional ATM is located outside the main doors by the Box Office.

Baby Changing Tables

The locations of restrooms that have baby changing tables are:

  • Men’s and woman’s restrooms on the west side of the Main Concourse (by the First Aid Room)
  • Men’s and woman’s restrooms on the north side of the Suite Level (by the Goose Island Lounge)
  • Men’s and woman’s restrooms on the north (by the Live Lucky Lounge) side by the of the Upper Concourse
  • Men’s and woman’s restrooms on the east side of the Upper Concourse (by section 204)

Additionally, all Family Restrooms are also equipped with baby changing tables.

Baby Bags / Bottles / Formula

Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag in to the Guest Service Booth on the Main Concourse.

Bacardi

A venue partner offering patrons with tickets in designated locations in the Grey Goose Lounge in the Tower Club.

Bags / Backpacks / Large Bags / Suitcases

All bags larger than 14" x 14" (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) are prohibited from entry into The Arena.

Backstage / Event Level

Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to the event level may do so only with the proper credential. Guests who are found to be in these locations without proper credentials will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Bank of America

Bank of America is a founding partner at T-Mobile Arena.  They have provided three ATM’s for use during events. ATMs are located outside the main doors by the Box Office and two additional locations on the Main Concourse.

Binoculars

Guests are welcome to bring their own binoculars for most events. However, T-Mobile Arena will not provide binoculars for guests to utilize.

Black Clover

Black Clover, Premium Lifestyle Apparel Brand is the exclusive provider of headwear and apparel for the arena and its event staff. The premium lifestyle apparel company will also be featuring its “Live Lucky” Lounge positioned with the arena’s best views of the Las Vegas strip. All guests of the arena are invited to the lounge for the strip’s best drinks and entertainment. Black Clover will also showcase its first retail store inside the arena.

Box Office

The T-Mobile Arena Box Office is located on the East side of The Arena facing Toshiba Plaza. 

  • Ticket Will Call: Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the Box Office during regular business hours and at show time on day of event. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government issued ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets are required for pick-up.
  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday Noon-6 p.m. and from Noon – start of event on event days. Closed Sundays and all major Holidays, unless there is an event, in which case, open Noon – start of event.

Branded Bars and Lounges

  • Bud Light Lounge is located on the west side of the Main Concourse. This premium area is accessible to the following premium guests: Event Level Club, Club, Suite Level, Bunker Suite , Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box
  • Goose Island Lounge is located on the north side of the Suite Level behind the Loge Seats and is accessible to the following guests: Suite Level, Bunker Suite, Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box.
  • Grey Goose Nest is located on the east side of the Tower Club and is accessible to Bunker Suite guests and by Invitation only.  The Invitation comes in the form of a Hyde Lounge ticket or specialized wristband.  Guests can access this area via the West VIP/Suite Elevators.   
  • Jack Daniels Lounge is located on the east side of the Main Concourse. This premium area is accessible to the following premium guests: Event Level Club, Club, Suite Level, Bunker Suite, Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box.
  • Live Lucky Lounge sponsored by Black Clover is located on the Upper Concourse and is accessible to all guests.
  • Optum Lounge is located on the east side of the Event Level and is accessible to the following guests: Event Level Club and Bunker Suite.
  • Patron VIP Lounge is located on the west side of the Event Level and is accessible to the following guests: Event Level Club and Bunker Suite.
  • Stella Artois Loft is located on the west side of the Tower Club Level and accessible to Bunker Suite guests and by Invitation only.  The Invitation comes in the form of a Hyde Lounge ticket or specialized wristband.  Guests can access this area via the West VIP/Suite Elevators.  

Bud Light Lounge

The Bud Light Lounge, also known as Desert by Night, is located on the west side of the Main Concourse and accessible by Club Seat holders and all Suite Holders.

Cameras / Photography

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside T-Mobile Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Cancelled / Postponed Events

In the rare event that a T-Mobile Arena event is cancelled or postponed, please visit our website for more information.

Child Admissions

For most events, children two years of age and under will not need a ticket to enter T-Mobile Arena as long as they share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult.

Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different policy and may require children two years and older to have a ticket. 

Club Seat Memberships

Club Seat Memberships provide pre-sale access to a limited number of in-bowl seats positioned in the two center sections of the arena. Additionally, club seating will connect to two upscale private lounges – Jack Daniels Lounge and Bud Light Lounge – which offer gourmet cuisine and signature cocktails within a chic atmosphere.

Coat Check

T-Mobile Arena does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings. Nor are we responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

A founding partner at T-Mobile Arena and the soft beverage provider of choice at The Arena. 

Code of Conduct

T-Mobile Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience.  Guests have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel
  • Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats or suites and show their tickets when requested
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court/stage will be immediately ejected from the venue
  • Guests are not permitted to smoke in the venue. T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking venue and property.  Additionally, the immediate area around the arena is also non-smoking
  • There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing
  • Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures
  • Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior
  • Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety.  T-Mobile Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images
  • Guests will be able to communicate instantly, discreetly and directly with T-Mobile Arena's Security Command Center if assistance is needed in dealing with an unruly fan, a cleanup in their section or any issues and concerns that a guest may feel the need to report. The In Stadium Solutions (24/7) text system number is present throughout the venue for fans to access

The Arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system. 

Guests who do not to adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.  Season ticket holders are also be subject to having their season subscription revoked.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Levy Restaurants are the exclusing food and beverage provider at The Arena.  In addition to hawking and portable carts, the following stand locations are available for guests during events:

Main Concourse:

  • eNVy Pizza (Italian bread pizza, tenders, hot dogs) by Section 215

Desert By Night / Bud Light Lounge

The Bud Light Lounge/Desert By Night is located on the west side of the Main Concourse. Guests with suite access and Club Seats will have access to this location as well as the Desert by Day on the East side. These areas offer signature cocktails and gourmet cuisine inside a chic atmosphere.

Designated Driver Program

Disturbances

T-Mobile Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience for all our guests. We require all guests to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss. 

The following are what guests can expect when visiting T-Mobile Arena:

  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel
  • Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats or suites and show their tickets when requested

The following behavior may result in a guests removal from the arena:

  • Guests who enter the playing area or stage will be immediately ejected from the venue
  • Guests will not smoke in the venue. T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking facility
  • Guests who use any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing
  • Guests who do not comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures
  • Guests who stand on chairs, railings or put other guests on their backs or shoulders
  • Guests who are fighting or challenge others to a fight
  • Guests who “moon” or show other private body parts will be escorted out of the venue
  • Guests who violate any of T-Mobile Arena’s policies and procedures
  • Guests who violate any local, state or federal laws or statues
  • Guests who ignite any display of flames, i.e. lighters, matches
  • Guests who attempt to enter any backstage areas without permission
  • Guests who throw, discharge, or launch any object or liquid substance
  • Guests who willfully and maliciously disturb another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise
  • Guests who use profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
  • Guests who taunt or use offensive language against any players, referees, or performers
  • The Arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system

Guests who choose not to adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. Thank you for your cooperation.

Door Opening

Door opening times for T-Mobile Arena events will vary by event.  Generally, doors for concerts will open 60 minutes prior to an event. 

Dress Code

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt, shoes at all times for their own safety. T-Mobile Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote controlled aircraft at T-Mobile Arena or Toshiba Plaza is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Drop Off Zones / Designated Pick Up Areas

  • ADA guests drop off and pick up is on Park Avenue in front of Toshiba Plaza
  • Buses and Shuttles can drop off and pick up on Park Avenue in front of the Monte Carlo garage
  • Limousines and Black Car can drop off under the porte-cocheres on both the east and west side of the Arena
  • Taxis and Ride Share Services can drop off at either Monte Carlo Hotel Casino or New York-New York Hotel Casino

Emergencies / Evacuations

T-Mobile Arena continually works with the Las Vegas Fire Department, the Las Vegas Police Department, and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans for each event. T-Mobile Arena's goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, employees and occupants of T-Mobile Arena. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with directives from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

Electronic Cigarettes

The use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) is not permitted in The Arena at any time.

Entrances

T-Mobile Arena’s Main Entrance is located on the northeast side of the building facing Toshiba Plaza, across from the Monte Carlo Hotel Casino and behind New York-New York Hotel Casino.

T-Mobile Fast Pass Entrance is located at the Main Entrance at the first door to the right side opposite the Box Office.

Access to the Suite Level can be found via the bridge on the fourth level of the New York- New York Hotel Casinos parking garage or the second and third doors from the right at our Main Entrance.  Additionally, Suite Holders can also utilize the Suite Lobbies on both the East and West sides of the Arena.  Guests will need Premium Level ticket to access these entrances.

Our VIP entrances can be found on both the East and West sides of the Arena.  Club and Event Membership ticket holders are required to utilize these entrances.

Entry Inspections

All guests entering The Arena are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by T-Mobile Arena security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items from entering the arena.  If any guest refuses this inspection, they may be subject to denied entry.  Our security screening devices are all Pacemaker friendly for guests who inquire.

Event Level Club Membership

The Event Level Club is located underneath The Arena bowl.  This members-only premium spaces offers an upscale hideaway with access to exclusive VIP amenities. An Event Level Club Membership wprovides guests with priority access to purchase premium lower-level seats to all events before the general public. Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres, premium libations and a chic atmosphere as well as an exclusive walkway to their seats.

Event Level Suites

Also hidden away beneath the lower bowl are eight destination suites – four on each side of The Arena – to entertain guests within an ultra-elite environment. Built adjacent to the athletes’ entrance to the event floor, these 700-square-foot bunker suites are fully furnished with a premium TV with in-house and satellite programming as well as a private bar and restroom. Owners of Event Level Suites will be given 16 premium lower-level seats to all public arena events, as well as eight additional passes for guests to enjoy the suite experience.

Family Restrooms

T-Mobile Arena has three family restrooms located on the Main Concourse.  They are located close to the First Aid Room by section 3, next to the Main Guest Service Center by section 13, and across from section 19.  Additionally, there are two family restrooms located on the Upper Concourse, one by section 209 on the east side and one by section 219 on the west side.  Family Restrooms are equipped with baby changing tables.

First Aid

Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) are available to assist any guest in need at every T-Mobile Arena event. The primary First Aid is located on the Main Concourse behind section 2 while a secondary location is on the Upper Concourse near Section 202.  Additionally, the EMT’s are mobile and can come to any location in the Arena, radio the Security Command Center when emergencies arise.

In addition, T-Mobile Arena is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED). Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our Guest Services or Security staff for assistance. These devices are located at both of the First Aid locations.

Flyers / Handouts / Product Samples

The distribution of promotional items, flyers, or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of T-Mobile Arena and/or its tenants. The sampling and distribution of products is prohibited inside and outside of the building.

General Admission / GA Floor

The General Admission area, located on the floor of The Arena, is standing room only as there are no seats. Guests with GA Floor tickets must enter through either Suite Level entrance. Guests wishing to arrive early are encouraged to line-up no earlier than 4 p.m. Doors will open at the same time for all guests. After entering the building, all guests with GA Floor tickets will receive a wristband to access the floor and will be directed to select aisles which have access to the floor.

Gluten Free Foods

Levy Restaurants has a selection of Gluten Free foods for our guests, which are available at the following Concession stands:

  • Pizza Forte on the Main Concourses South side
  • Gastro Pub on the Main Concourses South West side (Membership Required)
  • Gastro Pub to Go on the Main Concourses West side (Membership Required)
  • Neon Eats on the Upper Concourses East side
  • Silver SmoQUE on the Main Concourse North side

Goose Island Lounge

The Goose Island Lounge, offering craft beers and libations, is located behind the Loge Section and is accessible via the Suite level.

Grey Goose Lounge

The Grey Goose Lounge is located on the east side of the Tower Club area.  This area is available by invitation-only access.

Group Information / Reservations

Contact the T-Mobile Box Office for information regarding group sales as they will change in accordance to each event. Please keep in mind that ticket limits may be in place.

T-Mobile Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests are expected to follow our guest conduct and follow local, state and federal laws.

Guest Service Centers

T-Mobile Arena will have a total of three Guest Service Centers.  The Main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse behind section 13.  That level will also have second Guest Service Center by section 8.  Our third Guest Service Center will be on the Upper Concourse by section 211/212. 

These centers are designed to assist our guests in regards to checking in items and providing information, answering questions, concerns, or issues during T-Mobile Arena events.  In addition, our Guest Service Centers provide assistance to guests with disabilities, including Assisted Listening Devices and wheelchair escorts to and from a guest’s seat.  Guest can send an email to [email protected] to pre-arrange wheelchair escorts or Assisted Listening Devices.  We respectfully ask for a 72 hour advance notification.

Housekeeping

Guests may contact the nearest Usher, Premium Service Representative or Security Officer if there is a spill or a Housekeeping concern during an event.

Hyde Lounge

Hyde Lounge at T-Mobile Arena s located in the center of the Tower Club.  This area offers a unique nightclub atmosphere boasting 18,000 square feet of exclusive space perched more than 100 feet above the Arena floor.  The Invitation comes in the form of a Hyde Lounge ticket or specialized wristband.  Guests can access this area via the West VIP/Suite Elevators.    

Impaired Guests

T-Mobile Arena reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired guests. Any impaired guest causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

Internet / Wi-Fi

Free Internet/Wi-Fi access is available to all guests at T-Mobile Arena events. 

Jack Daniels Lounge

The Jack Daniels Lounge is available to patrons with tickets in designated seating locations.

Kosher Foods

At this time, Kosher Food selections are not available inside of T-Mobile Arena.

Laptop Computers / Tablets

Laptops or any type of personal computers, and tablets (i.e. iPads, TouchPads, etc.) will not be permitted inside T-Mobile Arena. 

Levels of the T-Mobile Arena

There are seven different levels of the T-Mobile Arena. 

  • Event Level (ground level)
  • Mezzanine Level
  • Main Concourse Level
  • Suite Level

Lost Children / Guests

Lost children/guests should be directed to any one of our Guest Services Centers, located on the Main Concourse and the Upper Concourse. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest Usher or Security Officer. For safety reasons T-Mobile Arena is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.

When approached by a guest who has become separated from their children (or missing adult) notify the Security Command Center and your supervisor immediately. 

Give a detailed description of the person(s) in question including:

  • Name
  • Location of area last seen
  • Age/Race/Sex
  • Eye and hair color
  • Height/weight/build
  • Description of clothes including shoes
  • Any distinguished characteristics

Lost & Found

All Lost & Found items are to be turned into the Main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse as soon as possible.  Any guest looking for a Lost & Found item during the event should be directed to that location.  Items need to be tagged with when it was found and the exact location including the section #, row and seat #.

Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items post-event should inquire about picking up items that were turned in orby sending an email to [email protected].

T-Mobile Arena assumes no responsibility for items lost at any event and all items not collected within 30 days will be disposed of.​

Luxury Suites

Positioned around The Arena to offer prime views of the event floor, these 310-square-foot suites will offer a home-style experience within the arena including swank amenities such as sofa-style seating, a private bar with a large screen TV, as well as a personal refrigerator and ice machine. Owners of these luxurious spaces will receive 12 tickets to all public events at T-Mobile Arena with the opportunity to purchase four additional tickets for bar stool seating within the suite. All luxury suite owners and their guests will make their way into the arena via exclusive VIP entrances and also will have access to multiple VIP lounges and clubs.

Lost / Stolen Tickets

For lost tickets, guests must contact their point of purchase. For stolen tickets, guests should contact local law enforcement first, then their point of purchase.​ 

Masks

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks may not be worn while in attendance of any T-Mobile Arena events.

Meet & Greets

T-Mobile Arena does not process meet and greet requests. Please contact the individual artist or team through their website.

Merchandise

Merchandise may be available for guest purchase on an event by event basis.

Opera Boxes

For guests looking for a private experience, look no further than the arena opera boxes. These deluxe seats will range in size to comfortably fit four-to-six guests and will be perfectly situated in one end of the lower level at the opposite end of the stage for viewing concerts. Opera Box owners will receive tickets to all public events at T-Mobile Arena while enjoying in-seating perks such as drink service, individual TV displays for every two seats at the table, and access to a private VIP lounge.

Optum Lounge

The Optum Lounge is a premium, members-only area located underneath the seating bowl.

There are many options for parking for events at T-Mobile Arena.  We encourage guests to make a plan, come early and stay late.  Depening on the experience you're looking for the night of the event there are a variety of parking options.  Visit our parking page for more details.

Public Transportation

Las Vegas has public transportation and guests can check with the RTCSNV (Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada) at their website is www.rtcsnv.com for the most up to date information.

The Las Vegas Monorail provides quick and reliable transportation on the Las Vegas Strip. Directly connected to several Strip resort hotels as well as the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Monorail is the easiest, fastest and most convenient way to get from one end of the Strip to the other in just minutes. Trains arrive every few minutes at each of our seven stations: MGM Grand Station, Bally’s/Paris Las Vegas Station, Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station, Harrah’s/TheLINQ Station, Las Vegas Convention Center Station, Westgate Las Vegas Station and SLS Station. The system is open 7 a.m. to Midnight Monday, 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

Public Premium Services

All guests at T-Mobile Arena can explore an array of stunning spaces that deliver one-of-a-kind arena experiences. Hyde Lounge will create a unique nightclub atmosphere boasting 18,000 square feet of exclusive space perched more than 100 feet above the arena floor. Every level of the arena will connect to outdoor balconies and terraces overlooking the Toshiba Plaza and The Park.

Radios

Small hand held radios that are no larger than 6" x 6", and do not distract other guests, are permitted inside T-Mobile Arena. The use of headphones is required. However, 2-way radios will not be permitted.

Re-entry

T-Mobile Arena has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events. 

Recording Devices

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the T-Mobile Arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Services Booth on the Main Concourse during the event.

Restrooms

Both regular Restrooms and Family Restrooms can be found on every level of The Arena. All restrooms are ADA compliant.

Seat Size

Seats at T-Mobile Arena vary in size. Seats will be between approximately 18” to 22” in width.

Our Security Command Center is open 24-hours a day and can be reached at 702-692-1414.

Security Screening

For safety purposes, all guests entering T-Mobile Arena will be searched and have their belongings scanned. T-Mobile Arena reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from T-Mobile Arena.

The If You See Something, Say Something™ campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities.

Smoking / Non-smoking Environment

Smoking is not permitted in The Arena at any time. The immediate area around T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking campus. Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the building.

Standing Policy

Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.

Standing Room Only Tickets

Some events will permit the sale of Standing Room Only tickets.  These tickets include but are not limited to General Admission Floor and Party Deck tickets.  These tickets do not include a seat; therefore, guests will be required to stand in the vicinity allowed depending on the ticket purchased.

Stella Artois Loft

The Stella Artois Loft is located in the west side Tower Club.  Access to this area is by invitation-only.

Strollers

Guests are not encouraged to bring strollers into The Arena. Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections due to potential safety hazards, however; strollers may be checked into our Main Guest Services Center, located on the Main Concourse by section 14. Strollers are allowed in suites.

The Park

The Park is the public area located south of the New York-New York Hotel Casino on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Park Street. 

The Park is an immersive, outdoor destination for dining and entertainment. An eclectic blend of restaurants, bars and entertainment make this the pulse that combines New York-New York, Monte Carlo and T-Mobile Arena into one community.  All of the venues are outfitted with outdoor patio seating to make everyone feel like they are part of the action. The art and horticulture programs for The Park are inspired by the desert landscape, which creates a vibrant and unique ambiance that is unlike anything else on The Strip.

Temperature

The temperature inside T-Mobile Arena during most events is approximately 75 degrees. During ice events, the temperature is approximately 65 degrees and may depend on your proximity to the ice surface. We strongly suggest wearing appropriate layers and/or bringing a jacket for ice events.

Terrace Tables

Terrace Tables provide patrons an assigned table elevated above the lower bowl for unique views of the action. Up to four ticketed guests can enjoy all the perks of going to a bar, while actually being at the event, including in-seat drink service, TV displays and an option for personalized catering from a nearby VIP lounge.

T-Mobile Arena has the ability to purchase tickets on any electronic devise as long as there is a readable barcode.

T-Mobile Arena’s Box Office does not manage tickets for guests who purchased through a third party vendor.

Ticket Resale

To avoid disputes with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make all ticketing purchases through authorized outlets only. Authorized outlets include www.t-mobilearena.com, T-Mobile Arena Box Office, www.axs.com, AXS Charge by Phone, and MGM Resorts International Ticket Offices or Concierge Locations.  T-Mobile Arena will not be responsible for validating tickets that were not purchased through an authorized outlet.

Toshiba Plaza

Toshiba Plaza is the area just outside T-Mobile Arena’s Main Doors.

Toshiba Plaza provides two acres of entertainment activation space. With three stages including the Mezzanine Stage attached to T-Mobile Arena, Toshiba Plaza is perfect for fan fests, sponsorship activations, outdoor concerts and TV broadcasts. Measuring 175 feet wide and 45 feet high, the LED media mesh on the side of T-Mobile Arena not only provides advertising space but also an opportunity to show sporting events, movies and premiers. Toshiba Plaza connects to The Park, NY-NY and Monte Carlo, which provides guests with opportunities for dining and entertainment pre- and post- event.

Weapons

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena.  T-Mobile Arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services.  Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc.  Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it.  Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from The Arena and may be subject to arrest.

Water / Drinking Fountains

T-Mobile Arena does not have any water/drinking fountains.

Will Call

Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the Box Office during regular business hours and at show time on day of event. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government issued ID and credit card used to purchase tickets are required for pick-up.

  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: If tickets are lost or stolen, tickets can be re-printed under the following guidelines: Original purchaser must show valid photo ID and credit card used to purchase at venue box office and pay reprint fee. No reprints can be made on cash purchases.
  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday Noon-6:00pm. Noon – start of event on event days. Closed Sundays and all major Holidays, unless there is an event, in which case, open Noon – start of event.
